The key to a great project is excellent teamwork among you and our design / build professionals. To make it happen, we follow a simple process that focuses our staff on your goals, taste, priorities and budget. It goes like this:
Relationship building and goal setting.
Your project starts with a discussion at your home about your goals, priorities and preferences. We’ll have some suggestions and idea and we’ll also conduct an initial evaluation of the structural elements of the space. Using this information, we create preliminary project scope alternatives that reflect different approaches and budgets. We discuss these options and agree on the approach that best meets your needs.
Design.
Next, our designers develop floor plan and material options. We review these with you using drawings, computer-generated 3D walkthroughs and material samples to guide you in making the best selections to meet your goals. A clear, fixed-price contract details the design and specifications, insuring no misunderstandings and no surprises during construction.
Construction.
Starting with a pre-construction walk through with you, we plan the production of your project and share that plan with you in writing. Task number one is establishing dust and floor protection to protect your home. Weekly updates with your project manager keep you informed. A thorough walk through with you at the end of the project confirms that your goals are met to your satisfaction.
After your project is completed, our commitment to you and your project doesn’t end. Our two year warranty provides assurance that we’ll be there if you need us long after the renovation process.
